Remarks: |
- “Long term”means borrowings due within a period exceeding one year from the date of borrowing. It will be the same below.
- The first interest payment date is October 29, 2021. Thereafter, the interest payment date will be the last day of January, April, July and October up to and including the repayment date. An interest payment date will be either the next business day if the date falls on a non-working day or the previous working day if the repayment date fell in the following calendar month.
- The repayment date will be the next business day if the date falls on a day non-working day or the previous working day if the date is postponed to the following month.
- The total amount of the loan from Mizuho Bank, Ltd. will be contracted in the form of a green loan (“the green loan”). The Green Loan will be applied to the repayment of the loans necessary for the acquisition of specified assets (Logicross Fukuoka Hisayama, LOGIPORT Sagamihara, LOGIPORT Hashimoto, MJ Logipark Kazo1) which meet the criteria (Green Eligible Assets) in accordance with the Green Finance Framework formulated by MEL. 2. Justification of loans
The proceeds from the loans will be used to repay the following loans with a repayment date of September 14, 2021.
